milano rebuild

John

1. I changed the deDion bushing on the GTV6 racer, with the deDion out of the
car. It was not hard with the thing out, but a bit of work to get the deDion
out. I did not notice significant change, with urethane, and wouldn't bother
for a street car.

2. Front brakes are pretty straightforward. I assume you're putting new
calipers in. If rebuilding, watch for corrosion in the cylinders...may
require a replacement if bad. Castrol is fine. I've seen synthetic fluid at
AUto zone, thatlooks interesting, but haven't tried it.

3. The caster bushing isn't too hard, unless you're converting to the ball
joint type. Again, for a street car, the stock is OK.

4. If you want to make a nice differec=nce in ride and handling, pop for a
set of Bilstein shocks. You'll notice it more than the bushing change.

Good luck
