Wanted parts for 1964 101 Spider

Looking for a few parts to finish restoration of a 1964 101 Spider, be very 
grateful if anyone could help. Parts as follows: heater control lever, 
steering shaft universal joint, windscreen wiper rack (complete),clutch 
linkage (pedal to operating arm), ignition switch (inc key).
