Craig,

Height is not a problem.  I had a similar reaction when I saw the Milano
seats, but the seats in the sedan sit on a raise portion of the floor,
making the finished height pretty much the same as the original seats.

It is a bolt right in deal.   Even the mounting holes for the rear seat are
the same.  You do have to use the original sedan seat belt female (floor)
connectors.  Removal of the Milano belt that is anchored to the seat is just
one 17 mm bolt.

I have seats from a Silver which are cloth.. I don't know if there would be
a clearance problem for the power seats - probably isn't.
