That's Frank Sala's car.  He has a dealers license and a connection to bring these cars in somehow.  He was the one who brought in the Fiat Bravo that was for sale on ebay.  That car was originally in NJ, I saw it at his house.  He brings them in somehow and put the dealer plate on it and drives it.

I did however see a 166 Auto Delta car in Paramus NJ a few months ago.
