Forgot to add in previous post mentioning my daughter's accident in an '85 
Audi 4000. Because of that car's solidity,  I recently bought a new A4 for my 
wife to drive instead of her aging but trusty GTV (which just went to Dan W). 
This car comes with ten (count them -10 !) airbags, and the brakes are 
phenomenal.
