Thanks Tony, I checked the wires against your schematic and they are
right on.  Maybe the relay is bad or not off the continuous type?  I'll
check with Pep Boys and see if they have any relays.

Would any one have a wiring diagram for a 1974 GTV they could fax or
e-mail me?  Planning on getting the cardisk cdrom for my car but my
finances are pretty much tapped out at the moment.
