Tess just happened to hit upon one of several strange omens that we noticed 
just after Mike's last run which finished the motor.  Eric Storhok left me 
with the job of data aquisition and instructed me how to set up the laptop to 
receive and record data from the Electromotive system, including naming the 
file.  I named Mike's last run "Bonzai".  Is that weird or what?

One of the other omens we found was our team photographer, Kim Conrey, 
wearing a T-shirt which had the words: "It blowed up... It blowed up REAL 
good." with a picture of a rallye car smoking in a ditch.

Clearly, poor Bonnie was doomed from the start.
