Re: Glorious northern CA

Subject: Glorious northern CA

I am quite jealous of the spectacular drives
available to those of you who live in the bay area.

How fortunate so many
of you are to be able to unwind from a day's work by spiriting up and down the
curvy roads.

I couldn't resist the opportunity to romp on the throttle of our
rented Camry, and although it's no sports car, it managed to stay on the road.
Drive? I am usually crawling along in 2nd gear looking at the back of a giant SUV or some sort of Japanese car with a big giant serwer pipe size dexhaust pipe.

The only time I get to "romp" on it is when I work really late to help make sure I can pay the overpriced morgage on a house sitting on a postage sized piece of property (I missed out on the dot com thing).

Grass always looks greener....

At least the weather is always pretty good here though. Dang I need a drink!
