Seriously. Why should kit cars with no bumpers, marginal seatbelts, and no other safety or emissions gear be legal because "there's only a few of them," but but a new Alfa 147 with EFI, catalyst, 3-point belts, 6 airbags, etc is illegal because it's "unsafe" and "bad for the air?"
