re: Milano coolant drain help request

No, manifolds don't have to come off. Yes, it's a huge pain. Bottom radiator hose will not drain all the coolant. I *think* they're 22mm, that's one of those things that I should write down but never actually do. I get at them from above, with an extension on a socket wrench.

Subject: Milano coolant drain help request

Just trying to drain the coolant. The owners manual directs to unscrew the
drain plugs on each cylinder bank but unless I tear the car apart they are
inaccessible to this amateur at any rate either from above or below. No help
from the service manual either. Do you have to remove the exhaust manifold
to get at them? Are they 22MM? Can you get all the coolant out by releasing
the bottom radiator hose and the bleed screw near the thermostat and just
forget the cylinder bank drain plugs?

All suggestions and information appreciated.
