For the +4's, Centerline and IAP show only one plug for all 4 cyl cars.  I got
my first from Centerline, if I have to replace them I'll be headin' to
Autozone!  They're Bosch number 4477, Centerline number SP840, IAP number
44774.  I've had good luck with these.  Bosch claims "revolutionary surface
gap firing technology", but they're basically an update on the Golden Lodge
plug.
