Re: 164 update: do fries come w/that shake?



Doug,

Another couple of suggestions for the front-end shake in your 164:

- You may have a tyre out of round.  No amount of balancing will fix this.
Having the tyres buffed might help, as long as it is the tread out of round
and not the carcass.

- How worn are your front tyres?  The tyres that were on my 164 when I
bought it were badly worn on the inside edge.  As there wore down further,
I would get a noticeable wobble under brakes.
