Slow-warming Spider

Sounds like your thermostat is stuck open, Don.  My '86 Spider is up to full
normal temp after 2 miles/5 minutes, and with stock radiator and fan never
varies from that. And with the heater suitably bled free of air, I have to
back off the temperature slider to avoid overheating my feet, even in winter
with the top down and a non-working heater fan!   Should be a
straightforward fix - good luck!
