There was a paint shop in Colorado Springs where I used to live that did
this.  I've always heard them referred to as bombs.  Call around to the
paint shops in your area and ask if they can do it.  If you can't find
anyone, I've used Dale's Paint, 515 N Circle Dr., Colorado Springs, CO
