removing 164 head rests

Does anybody know how to remove the rear headrests on
a 164LS?  

Having the mirrors off my 164 (long story) has made me
acutely aware of how much the rear headrests block my
vision to the rear.  It makes the Bay Bridge "merge"
especially fun!
