How to fix uneven wear and vibrating wheel/tire?

My tires started to vibrate at freeway speed after last 
time trial at willowspring. The tire shop said the wheels 
are balanced, and that the vibs are from the uneven wear
and/or deformed tires...

Assuming this is true, how do i go fixing this, given 
that the tires are only 2-3 k miles new...
