Trailing arm bushings

Randy,

I installed Orion Motorsports bushings several years ago (they were not
polyurethane, but some other delrin-like substance). I Didn't have suitable
tools, so went to a local shop specializing in performance cars where they did
the installation. I don't think they liked the job, since I recall the price
was rather steep.

I recently replaced these trailing arms with a set from Orion that had been
modified to accept larger diameter springs. Their front bushings were already
installed, but I wanted to remove the rear ones prior to welding tie-down
loops at the ends of the arms. One of the new stock bushings came out easily,
but the other could not be removed since my welder friend didn't have the
exact size mandrel. Moral: get the correct tools, or have someone do the job.
