I'd check either the flasher or the turn signal switch.

Try the flasher first, switch the wires for the left and right side.  If the
problem reverses itself from left to right, then your problem is with the
flasher.

If the flasher is ok, then try the same with the turn switch itself.

If both of those are ok, then I'd look at the fuse box, then start to trace
wiring, check grounds, etc.
