Intemperate Postings

Just a brief appeal to the better nature of those posting in high dudgeon
about Fred or anything to take time out to cool it. With all the crossfire I
thought I had logged on to the Al Fatah digest by mistake. We have most of us
whizzed off opinions and comments that, with hindsight, would have been better
kept to ourselves. Its just too damned easy by email, and the most that is
ever achieved is usually a hole in the foot of the author. This is a friendly
forum, and Fred's irrascible comments are founded on good intentions, if only
to make us think for ourselves a little more about fault analysis before
attacking the keyboard.

Please can a line be drawn under this particular matter so that we can proceed
in an orderly fashion to deal with the problems on MY Alfa and nobody elses.
