Disclaimer: I've never replaced a 105 series transmission mount.
I have however tackled the transmission mount on the Milano, and I've
seen a 105 mount up close, so I believe what I learned might be applicable.
What I did was use a drill to carve out the rubber part of the bushing.
The goal is to expose the outer metal shell of the bushing. The
rubber will put up a good fight, don't get discouraged. Once the shell
is exposed you can use a hacksaw to cut the shell (being careful not to
cut the aluminum of the gearbox.) When it's more or less cut, you can
use a chisel and hammer to bend the shell in towards the center of the
bushing. It shouldn't take much bending to make it come loose. Once
it's out use a wire brush to remove any remaining rubber residue. To
make installation of the new bearing easier, I got a little bit of soapy
water on the outside, and hammered it home.
