The red paint on my 1989 Spider Veloce looks pretty good considering the age
of the car, but the vented plastic piece next to the windshield wipers looks
as if it has the mange: an irregular, white, oxidation-looking deposit that
I haven't been able to get off with standard polishes. I'm leery of using
any stronger abrasives. Any suggestions?
