Emissions test on 164TS

Had my 164 take its MOT test today.  I tried to find out what the emmisions 
test showed but nobody could tell me.

At idle:  0.03 % vol

At 2733 Rpm:  
CO:  0.02 % Vol
HC:  12ppm vol
Lamba:  1.008

Is this good or bad for a 1993 164 TS with 145,000 miles.  It would be nice 
if a testing station could put some meaning to these figures.

Any information would be useful
