Don't replace the one you already have. Remove it from the car, (carefully)
remove the rusting metal backing plate, repair the rust it has kindly
imparted on to your trunk lid and re-fit the relfective strip.

There used to be a how-to for this on the web somewhere but I can't find it
at the moment. Basically, you carefully remove the strip. Carefully remove
the rusting metal. Drill some pilot holes in the plastic for self-tapping
screws, then re-fit the strip, attaching it directly to the trunk, using
those screws.
