Spider oil pan guard

Greetings,
Does anyone know if these oil pan guards for the 91 spiders bolt on or do i 
have to make modifications. The pictures that i see in most catalogs show 
bolt holes towards the front of the guard which do match up with bolts 
already on the car,but the rear holes don't match up with anything on the 
car. Do i have to drill?
