Milano rear springs replacement

Ok, I did this a long time ago on my GTV6 and in preparation for the
autocross this Sunday I would like to change my stock rear springs with a
set of AR Ricambi's that I have had sitting in the garage for a while.
Could someone refresh my memory how to do it.

I don't remember it being difficult. Then again I don't remember how to
change them..
