"Italianization" of my name?

There is an obvious one: Trento.  That is the name of a city in the north
of Italy, which is known to English-speakers as "Trent." Best known as the
site of the Council of Trent, convened by the Pope in the 16th Century to
plan a response to the Protestant reformation.
