GTV6 Speakers - Factory wiring?

Does anyone know if the GTV6's were factory pre-wired for speakers.  Mine
doesn't have the front or back speakers in the stock locations.  I removed the
black cardboard covers (stock?) off the front door and saw a couple wires
hanging down.  Same with the rear openings.

 I figured that the front ones may be for the power mirrors or window, but
there shouldn't be any wiring in the rear location.  I haven't pulled the door
panels or rear side panels yet.  Just though someone who has been down this
road before could share insight.  Thanks!
