NJ head shop recommendations?

hey digesters,

a friend of mine has a straight-six bimmer head that
needs to be surfaced. does anyone know of a shop in
northern NJ that will do this kind of work relatively
cheaply? he has so far only found places that want to
sell him a complete rebuild.
