Vector W8 (dubious Alfa content)

A couple of months ago, Mr. Weigart and a business associate brought two
Vectors to our local Saturday morning car gathering, Donut Derelicts. One
was a closed car, and the other a roadster, and were amazing to look at;
they were obviously hand-built, had all kinds of go-fast components, and
were available (if you had to ask the price, you couldn't afford these).
Nearby was the not-so infamous Suedemobile, a 1982 GTV6 with a faded silver
paint job....

I was gonna ask if you were by any chance related to Jerry Sweigart of
Vector W8 fame but I checked the spelling and it's Weigart. Oh well, woulda
been kind of appropriate if you are tooling around in an NoS GTV6....
