Weekend Tire Kicking

Hi all,

Just curious if the alfisti out there spend non-necessary time (I know, 
potentially highly subjective) at their mechanics.  There have been many 
occassions when rather than leave the car for the day I will take the 
day off and "hang out" around my mechanics as they work on mine and 
other cars.

I am curious if this is a phenomenon only with me or the majority of 
alfa (or other marque) vehicle owners.  I may have acquired this trait 
from my late father.  It happened that they were italian off the boat 
like he so maybe it was more to talk in italian than anything else...
