cigarette seals & Loctite

Loctite has always been a brand - the sealers they produce all carry
numbers and are for specific purposes. And when a manufacturer specifies
Loctite #XXX, they mean Loctite #XXX. Loctite works with the
manufacturers to create a sealant or bolt locker for secial applications
and then finds other uses for the product, finally selling it to end
users.
