Improving Club Mags

One easy way to improve club magazines is for editors to swap subscriptions with other editors. Those editors could then reprint the articles that other clubs have written, with due credit, of course. This can be done on a global basis between many clubs (with an appropriate translation of such phrases as "my spanners are in the boot"!)
