Annoying email virus/trojan

I'm just getting inundated with this  "You gotta see the photos from my
party" trojan horse.  This is a good (bad) one because a lot of people
send photos around by mail and the Sender name is legitimate.  Just goes
to show you how you have to careful about opening any attachment, no
matter what the source.
