speedometer error

I had this problem with an old Mercedes. It was old, tight bushings. As the 
bushings get old, sometimes they stiffen and swell. This provides friction in 
the suspension joints and keeps the springs from pushing the car all the way 
back up. When I redid the bushings on the 300d it went up about an inch or 
more all around. Also improved responsiveness.
