Current alfa engine bhp

eec noise and emissions regulations are one (many) reason(s)
 for the lack of bhp when compared to earlier models.
 eg 1999/2000 2l TS is 155bhp, 2001/2002 is 150 due to
  more constrictive exhaust note.
 oh.. and of course lack of development costs to motors
  that are to be replaced soon.
