Re: 164 TS vs V6

Power difference is main difference.
45HP difference is a lot!
It's what makes a 164 a cruiser or a fun machine.
The 30mm lowered suspension does a lot of good to the roadhandling,
allthough the original set up is very much o.k. as well.
Most important for the roadgandling is the wheel geometry set up combined
with the tyres (brand/size)
For a small amount (EUR/USD 350 max) you can get the V6 lowered.
How do the mileages compare?
Both do 150000km without any problem provided the maintenance is done
regularly.
200000-250000 is not uncommon.
When any problems it's the electrical part (doorlocksystem/windowopeneres);
same for both.
Mind you, the standard options for a V6 are much "richer" than the TS, but
TS's are quite often made up to the V6 standard.
