To re torque heads on 4 cyl cars

Simply loosen or remove radiator cap, squeeze tightly as much of the 
upper radiator hose as you can, HOLD and replace the radiator cap.  You 
now have created a vacuum and water will not come out of the stud holes 
as you loosen one nut at a time, oil, then torque!  DONE!  Fred Di
