And let us not forget the venerable two cylinder two stroke SAAB 92 which 
started the legend in 1950.....
and for the true SAAB aficionado there is always the Toad...a bimotore 6 
cylinder 2 stroke...fair boggles the mind eh

SAAB and Alfa have one thing in common really as far as cars are 
concerned...both manufacturers made very interesting cars that appeal to 
the individual who appreciates fine honest machinery. Alfa however built 
real racing cars, SAAB confined its competition cars to rally cars. The 
current cars are not as interesting as the older ones, mores the pity.

Both built aircraft engines of superior power and reliability.
