Might Jack Welch advise Fiat to sell more to GM?

Here's a little speculation from the Detroit News that
Welch might advise his former protege' to sell all or
part of Fiat SPA to GM (..."Welch's mantra says a
company should be No. 1 or No. 2 in its business or it
shouldn't be in business").
