paint dots on cylinder sleeves

I recently purchased a set of pistons and sleeves for a v6 rebuild.
When I started putting things together I found that two of the sleeves
are marked with pink dots and the other four with blue dots.  My shop
manual indicates that means the inside diameters differ by .010.  Does
this present any problems?  Apparently the people I bought them from
didn't think so.  Anybody have any thoughts?
