There are a couple of good shops in Portland. Dan Sommers Veloce Motors on
NW Flanders. Nasko's Imports on SE Francis and Ron Tonkin's Gran Tourismo on
NE 122nd

I'm fairly new to the area myself, so I can't really recommed any of them
for your task, but I'm sure thay would all be able and willing to change
that timing belt.
