Hmmm...I thought about this and added Canada.

And finally, CANADA: The US type panel is completely re-designed by a
Canadian Engineering firm who change the requirement to "Mil-Spec" (The
panel now needs ten stainless steel screws, with "Robertson" heads). The
government rules dictate that the design must be put up for bid. The lowest
bidder who meets all the "Canadian-Content" rules mass produces a
"Canadian-only" version in two separate factories, with 22% of the worker
population getting 65% of the contract (the largest facilities being located
in Rexdale, Ontario and Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. Eventually, Bombardier
purchases the now very over-priced design and modifies it, producing a panel
that uses five screws (unfortunately, these screws have a different thread
pattern than the US versions and do not allow the panel to be fitted to the
US product). The manufacturing facility goes on strike and everyone is
eventually given a pay raise. The panel now costs $868 Canadian (about $450
US), while the screws cost $32.50 Canadian apiece. Critics agree that the
Canadian product is of much better quality, but purchasing these parts
become impossible because of Customs regulations and the latest Canadian/US
"steel wars".
