off topic: ISO Triumph Spitfire

Okay, here's the story.  A lucky friend of mine was told by his 
parents that they'd buy all the parts he needed to restore any 
broken-down car he wanted to drag home next semester if he promised 
to work on college applications instead of his Audi.  He agreed and 
now he needs a car.  Now that kind of offer from one's parents lights 
up the MASERATI BITURBO light in my brain, but being a slightly less 
evil kid, my friend wants to find a restorable Triumph Spitfire, 
since his dad apparently always wanted one when they were new.  So, 
if you live w/in a reasonable distance of SW Ohio and have such a car 
(or a Porsche 914, or anything Italian) for sale at a reasonable cost 
that you think would make a good project car, email me off list 
please.
