David, in America these cars are not officially for sale yet by Alfa
Romeo. AutodeltaUSA is a new company that is importing them, but due to
legal issues, etc., the cars can't be called Alfa Romeo (check the photo
with the engine) and the names of the cars are not GTV and 166. I think
the term Spider must have been considered generic enough for them to
continue using it.

nice photos, but I think you have the names of the cars a bit wrong.

The first few show a 166, then the 2 seat new GTV, and then the New
Spider.

All have been available in Europe since at least 1998 (I think the 166
is the newest).

There is a nice Q4 here in Buffalo that I saw when at the shop last
week. Very sharp - and scarry from underneath.

Recently I had an opportunity to sit in the latest offerings from
Autodelta. I grabbed some pics and put them in this album @

beautifully finished. Park a 164 next to a LS and the evolution of lines
is very obvious. Same proportions but the LS looks smaller. The small
coupe is gorgeous and looks very threatening. The convertible didn't
have it's manual with it so the top was left up just in case.
