69 Berlina Brake Saga Continues

After rebuilding my master cylinder I'm stuck with front brakes that lock up
after 15 minutes of driving. I replaced the brake hoses, no change. I
swapped the boosters, still no change. So I've pulled the MC, much easier
the second time, and as I thought all the seals and miscellaneous pieces
were put together correctly. I tried passing a stiff wire through the ports
and the only one I couldn't get the wire through was the port that feeds
brake fluid to the front brakes, second one from the rear, wich would
explain the pressure build up. So whats the best way to make sure these
ports are clear and is there anything else I should be looking at?

Thanks,
