Grounds??

To the all knowing digesti,
    Where are the grounds on my 86 Spider??  I've only been able to locate a
few that might affect my ignition system.  My engine turns over, but I'm not
getting a spark from the ignition coil to the distributor.  The battery is
reading 13.6v, so I'm ruling that out for now.
    I also would like to verify that there is just the one canister (fuel)
filter (near the external pump).  I'm trying to rule out a possible fuel
problem.  Before I stopped having the luxury of hoping in and going for a
rider with the top down, she was running rough intermittently.
    Some days I'd love to take her to an Alfa shop, but that takes all the fun
out of the learning experience, not to mention the drain on the checkbook.
    Any help would be appreciated.
