Bun warmers in my '94 164Q

The seat heaters in my '94 164Q aren't working and I'm wondering if the
solution is something simple. What's happening is the switches work (at
least looking at the light on the instrument panel) but the seats don't
heat up.

Are there any fuses or relays that I might need to change?
