A 2. 5 AFM in a 3 liter motor will not work properly and anyone who says 
it's ok is a dummy!   Part numbers are different, ECUs are different
adjustments are different.   If you don't have the tools and test equipment,
stay the hell out of the engine room!  Fred Di Matteo
