testing drive relay

Hi,

I am holding a drive relay from an 84 Alfa spider that I think is bad.  It
has some terminal numbers
on the relay 31, 30 50 15 87b 1 and 87.  Would some be so kind as to
instruct me in testing this relay ?
Terminal 87 appears to never be hot and therefore my fuel pump is not
working because the inertia
switch is not getting juice...
