re: Milano ABS Alternative Parts Sources?

"So I was displaying at the local fall car show today and there was an '89 Jag XJS V12. I was looking around at the V12 and noticed it has ATE Mark II ABS, same as the Milano. The electro pump, accumulator and pressure switch look identical to the unit on the milano. My question is, anybody out there into Jags of this era too? Was ATE abs used on the XJ6 as well? My goal here, is to find more part crossovers to the alfa world. Any help would be appreciated."
Sorry if this has already been covered (guess who's catching up on digests again), but I have a friend with a Lincoln LSC which appears to use a similar system. I had wondered if it was identical, or at least close enough to act as an alternative supply for those of us with Milanos suffering ABS problems. He was kind enough to supply the following link to a supplier of brake parts (amongst other things) for the LSC.

The little graphic certainly looks familiar (although it's too small to be certain), and the prices sound good compared to the rumours I've heard of $1200 pumps and $2000 master cylinders from Alfa. The web page claims they can supply alternative applications too, but I have yet to try them for the Milano. I'll be sure to post if I find out. Ironically my friend is considering converting his LSC to non-ABS brakes due to the expense! The problem is that there was no non-ABS version of the LSC, and other similar cars without ABS were fitted with rear drums as opposed to the LSC's all disc system, so a drop-in master cylinder is not easy to find. At least Milano owners have the option of raiding a Silver or Gold model. See, not <everything> is harder when you own an Alfa :-).
